Personally, being engaged in the process of making theatre with Glenn has given me the deepest satisfaction of my professional working life as a playwright.

Glenn leads an ensemble with ease and a warm energy. He makes you feel safe to take risks, in fact, encourages frequent risk taking. A part from making fantastic work aesthetically himself, he gives the artists he works with the feeling that they are collaborating and contributing with the same level of artist authority as him. Which is a rare quality. I would work with him from this day til my dying day.
